Privacy and your call information
How LessRings handles launch emails and call-assistant data. Updated 22 October 2026.
Who operates LessRings
LessRings is operated by TECHMARBLES WEB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Public contact address: F8, First Floor, Phase-8, Industrial Area, Sector 73, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, 160055, India.
Contact [email protected] for privacy, access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests. We may need to verify that a request comes from the relevant email address or account.
Launch waitlist
When you opt in, we store your email address, language, signup time and consent version to contact you about the LessRings launch and the ₹99/month offer. This is not a subscription, payment or reservation of one of the first 1,000 subscriber places. Email ownership is not verified at signup.
Email addresses are encrypted in our database and visible only in the private operator dashboard. We use a short-lived keyed hash of the request IP for abuse limits. Signup itself does not send an email or share your email with speech or AI providers. Waitlist entries are removed after 180 days unless you ask us to remove them earlier. No advertising trackers are added by this form.
Call-assistant information
For app users, the service processes phone/account identifiers, forwarding setup, caller numbers, assistant preferences, audio during a call, transcripts, summaries and subscription status. Contacts are optional and matched on your phone; the app does not upload your address book.
Call content is encrypted at rest. Raw call audio recording is disabled in the current deployment. Transcript content normally expires after 30 days and can be deleted earlier in the app. Minimal usage counters may remain without conversation content for cost accounting and abuse prevention. Active calls must finish before account deletion.
Providers and processing
Exotel carries live phone calls, Sarvam processes speech recognition and generated speech, and OpenAI processes conversation text and summaries in the current pilot. Our hosting service stores the backend database. Apple processes App Store purchases when subscriptions become available. Provider processing may take place outside your country; we do not promise India-only processing or zero retention across providers.
We send only information needed for the requested function. Never share passwords, OTPs or financial credentials with the assistant. Provider terms govern their processing in addition to our safeguards.
Your choices
Withdraw launch email consent by writing from your signup email to [email protected]. Delete calls or your account in app Settings, or use the account-deletion page. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, cancel a store subscription or disable carrier forwarding.
We do not sell your address book, call content or waitlist emails. No advertising or cross-app tracking is used by this build. Information may be retained when required to handle billing ownership, fraud, security or legal obligations.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures public website visits and successful waitlist requests. We do not send your email address, mobile number, contacts, call transcripts or recordings to Analytics. Automatic form tracking and advertising features are disabled. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from the page address we send; referrers are limited to the originating site.
Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any public page to change it. Google may process analytics data outside India and use analytics cookies after consent. Declining does not affect the waitlist or access to the guides.
