Useful conversation means understanding the caller’s intent, not only recognizing words.

Hindi, English and mixed conversation

Real callers switch languages, use local accents and pause in noisy places. An assistant should follow the caller’s language, use short replies and ask a focused clarification when it is unsure.

LessRings is being evaluated for Hindi and English. Additional Indian languages will only be listed after the speech and conversation paths are tested; provider language coverage alone does not prove quality.

Messages without invented answers

An assistant can ask who is calling, why and what message to leave. It should not say you have read a message, promise a payment or claim everyone in your family is well without that information.

A useful summary preserves the reason and the next step while admitting uncertainty. You remain responsible for checking names, amounts, dates and urgent requests.

The website demo contains authored Hindi and English examples for a loan offer, delivery and appointment. Optional browser speech is a device voice, not a recording of the production voice service.
